Windows 10: blutooth connectivity

I use windows 10, am using my bluetooth headphones but now my headphopnes are connected to pc but doesnt work. means headphones are visible connected in bluetooth but when I check for sound devices the headphones doesnt show in output and input sound devices... plz help me out from this problem.....

how to activate windows 8.1 degraded from windows 10?. And Blutooth devives could not be connected.

Having some problems in activating windows 8.1. Further blutooth fevices could be connected. Suggest best ways.

 

Blutooth not recognised

I did as you said.The phone identifies the laptop now,and it also pairs.It shows as "connected" in bright blue.Blutooth icon on phone is white.
But,after 2-3 seconds,it turns into off color saying "not connected".Blutooth icon on phone is off color.
when trying to share from phone disregarding that,I was unable to scroll the list of devices.

since morning,every time I try to get blutooth connected with my windows 8 laptop,my lumia 520 says "couldn't connect".
Both blutooth settings on and visible,and I successfully shared a document even at last night too.But now,it doesn't work!
