Windows 10: BLUTOOTH ISSUES

MY ACCELERATE BLUETOOTH HEADPHONES HAVE STOPED WORKING ON MY ACER ASPIRE 3 LAPTOP WITH WINDOWS 11 ON IT BUT IT WORKS ON MY AMAZON FIRE TABLET , MY IPHONE 7 CONNECTS TO MY LAPTOP AND IT PICKS UP ARE SMART TV BUT DO NOT CONNECT WE DON,T WANT IT TO ,MICROSOFT CHAT AGENTS HAVE REMOTE SESSIONS AND THEYCAN,T FIX IT , THEY SAY ITS NOT COMPAIBLE WITH WINDOWS 11 BUT IT MUST BE COS IT WAS WORKING , I JUST TURNED MY LAPTOP ON AND IT DID NOT WORK I THOUGHT IT MIGHT HAVE BEEN A UPDATE MICROSOFT AND I HAVE GONE THROUGH ALL THAT . I BEEN WONDERING IF A BLUETOOTH USB ADAPTER WITH WORK ALONGSIDE THE INTERNAL O

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
