Windows 10: boat earphones are connected only stereo mode, the hands free AG mode is disconnected and...

My boat airdopes 441 are connected but only stereo mode is available whereas the hands free AG mode is disconnected and when trying to connect it is not happening.I have already tried to factory reset my earphone but that didn't work.

Headset hands free mode not working but stereo mode is working.

My Bluetooth headset's hands free mode is not working and i can't use it's mic. I am facing a lot of problems in my online classes due to this issue. But i can hear from stereo mode. Can anyone tell me how to use the mic and hands free mode. One more thing
the headset's mic is working in Android phones but not in laptop/pc. My headset are Boat Rockerz 610. Please help

 

BT Earphones Audio Issues in Stereo Mode!

Thanks for the reply but these solutions dont work for me...

I think these solutions work for problems like bt earphone not connecting while my problem is that even though when my earphones are connected(in-stereo mode) sometimes for 3-4 sec the audio in one side goes followed by the other side and comes back in few secs.......it keeps on and on happening and its really annoying

Any solutions?

 

Windows 11 | No Hands free mode for bluetooth earphones

Hi,

So, yesterday I upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11 and everything seemed to be working fine until I connected my bluetooth earphones.

When you connect your bluetooth earphones you expect to see two output devices, Headset (music) and Hands-Free mode (voice) but I can only see the Headset mode.

I checked the earphone properties from the Device Manager and I can see "Hands-Free telephony" in the Services tab but in the Output Devices, the hands-free mode is not visible at all.

I've tried everything from re-connecting to reinstalling drivers but nothing seems to be working.

This is preventing from attending any Meetings on apps like Google Meet or Microsoft Teams.

Any help would be much appreciated!
