Windows 10: Book 2 blacl screen

My kids were om YouTube watching videos and the screen turned green then black. Please tell me there is a fix for this. Or what could have happened!

  Under Appearance and personalization.
  
• 
  Select adjust Screen resolution.
  
• 
  Click on Advanced Settings.
  
• 
  Under last tab Intel HD Graphic Control panel.
  
• 
  Check the settings and check if it helps.
