Windows 10: Boot failure Windows Pro

HiMy PC has completely let me down, I have no boot options, no BIOS or Windows, I have tried everything under the sun, still nothing, the rig seems to be working fine no noises, Pc is on nothing on the monitor...New monitor, new motherboard, new graphics card....

Sabertooth 990fx won't boot to windows logo, it shuts down

to boot and enter bios and load windows, any todays PSU (with the correct plugs) will work, AFAIK

to enter BIOS only low wattage is used.
Then, during boot, the HDD and a bit later the videocard card start to demand juice, then the other devices and periphericals... so the total demand during boot up is incrementing step by step, that's why a failure halfway could indicate a PSU problem....

Windows 10 reset failures. Computer won't boot now and getting frustrated.

To help you with your concern regarding the reset failure, let me suggest you to do a startup repair. Kindly follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key
• Hold Shift key then click Restart
• You'll be prompted to the Advance Startup Options
• Select Troubleshoot
• Advanced options
• Startup repair
