Windows 10: Boot loop after attempted Windows 10 20H2 reset

One of my older PCs was getting filled with bloatware and I felt like I should reset it to just clear it up.Once it got to 25% on "Installing Windows", it entered a boot loop that is described below:Once the PC gets past the initial boot, it returns to saying "Welcome" under the spinning dots from the previous screen, then goes to the installer which is stuck at 64%, then restarts almost immediately.Any advice on dealing with this?

Windows 10 Factory Reset Infinite Boot Loop

As you are facing issue with Boot loop, I suggest you to perform a Startup Repair by following the steps provided below:

• Go to the Microsoft software download website and create Windows 10
  installation media.
• Insert the installation media you created, and then restart your PC.
• On the Install Windows screen, select Repair your computer.
• On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot>Advanced Options.
• Click on Startup Repair.

After the repair is complete, check for status.
