Windows 10: Boot problems

So I purchased a certified refurbished Surface Pro 3 and received it today. I plugged it in and booted it up to work on setting it up but after only the first two or three screens the cord was unplugged and the computer turned off mid setup. After plugging it in again and allowing to charge for a while longer, I booted it up again and have received this error:


A required device isnt connected or cant be accessed

Error code: 0xc000000f

You'll need to use recovery tools. If you dont have any installation media (like a disc or usb device), contact your pc administrator or pc/dvice manufacturer.


I have used several articles to attempt to fix this through the recovery tool and command prompt and so forth but nothing seems to work.

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...


That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

Problem at boot up

Okey, ill try to remove my oc, but its really hard to tell if it will fix the problem, because as i said it happens randomly, not on every boot up. If its my oc, what might be the problem? My pc is also new, its almost 2 months old.
