Windows 10: Boot/Restart Loop during Windows 11 install

Hey everyone,my laptop was cluttered with a lot of stuff so i went for a windows reset. This worked flawlessly till the windows installation. On 64% it seemed to restart and since, it starts up and crashes after showing me the "blue progress screen" for a second. And starts again.As a solution i tried to get a USB drive with the windows install and boot the laptop from that, but when i set the USB drive as priority 1 in the BIOS, windows seems to change that as soon as i press save and exit, because i just get the bootloop again and when i look in the BIOS the priorities got switched again. HP Laptop Boot Loop

I am encountering a boot loop problem with my HP laptop. Upon startup, it shows the HP logo and loading dots for about 11 seconds, then goes to a blank screen for approximately a minute before automatically restarting. The power button does not turn off during this cycle.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

• Tried hard reset and accessing BIOS/UEFI settings.
  
• Unable to boot into Safe Mode or recovery environment.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
