    Boot Screen orientations sideways.


    Hey, When my laptop is in the boot screen, the orientation of it is sideways.
    Heres a picture showing what it looks like. (Its an edited picture in Paint.net)

    Both modes? I assume you are talking about landscape and portrait orientation. You can of course use the touch screen in landscape mode as well (when you hold it sideways).

    If you hold the phone sideways it will of course be in landscape mode.

    Rotation lock greyed out

    1. Right click on your desktop background

    2. Choose display settings

    3. Turn your screen physically sideways (this should "ungrey" the "lock rotation")

    4. Click the rotation lock

    5. Turn your computer back the way it was

    6. Now make the orientation landscape by changing it in the orientation drop down

    7. Next time you turn it it sideways it won't rotate but the button will "ungrey" when you do

    It does this along with the Windows Repair screen that pops up when the computer fails to load a few times
