Windows 10: Boot up problems

I recently cloned a troubled hard drive to a new one but gotten errors such as

C:\windows\system32\logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt

I have tried doing



(Windows 10 Installation Media:

1. Insert the Media (DVD/USB) in your PC and restart.
2. Boot from the media.
3. Select Repair Your Computer.

Select Troubleshoot.

1. Choose Command Prompt from the menu:

Type in the command:

Diskpart


Type in the command:

List disk (Note which disk is your Boot drive number mine is 0)


Type in the command:

Sel disk 0


Type in the command:

List vol (Note which volume is the EFI partition mine is 4)


Type in the command:

Sel vol 4


Type in the command:

assign letter=V:


Type in the command:

Exit


Type in the command:

V:


After you have assigned a drive letter Using Diskpart You can format the EFI partition:

Example: if you assigned a letter V to the partition the command would be:

format V: /FS:FAT32


Type in the command:


bcdboot C:\windows /s V: /f UEFI (This replaces the above crossed out lines and works in Win 10 1709)

But got an error: Failure when attempting to copy boot files

Also tried doing


bootrec /fixboot


But got an error: Access is denied


Anyone knows any fixes for these problems? I just wanted to boot up this darn computerI've tried looking, but can't finds a solution to this problem.

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...


That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

Problem at boot up

Okey, ill try to remove my oc, but its really hard to tell if it will fix the problem, because as i said it happens randomly, not on every boot up. If its my oc, what might be the problem? My pc is also new, its almost 2 months old.
