Windows 10: boot up windows 10

I am running windows 10 and the browser is goggle chrome I think, also yahoo is my search engine My home page is yahoo.com. Here is my question when I turn on computer it boots to the desk top. When I click on goggle to ope instead of going to yahoo home page it goes to last page used. How do I make it go to yahoo. Otherwise after I close that page it goes to yahoo and any other sites its just when I bootup.
