    Hi guys,I have an ACER Aspire E1-572G Laptop.It is installed with Original windows 8.1 and was upgraded to W10 Home.Recently i sent the laptop for repair.So, the tech take out my 1 TB HDD untouched and put new 250 GB SSD and install new windows in it.Afterwards i personally ask him to put the 1 TB HDD with original windows and all my personal files back by sacrificing the dvd room optical drive and use a caddy to get the 1 TB HDD back into the laptop.I now have 250 SSD as my C drive and with new windows installed.And my old 1 TB HDD as backup.However , I found out i am not able view an

    Does not work on a windows pc which is what the OP probably intended

    windows by default does not have HFS and HFS+ based hard drives.
    Able to perform retrieval on both HFS and HFS+ based hard drives. and so will not work with windows

    How to recover data from an old laptop hard drive

    I have a 2008 apple hard drive from an old macbook. I am trying to recover the files with my new laptop (windows 10), however the hard drive seems to be password protected. I can open the hard drive but I cannot access the folders within the ''Users''
    folder. Any suggestions?
