Windows 10: Bootcamp device reading problems

Device type; MacBook Air 2017OS: Windows 10 BootcampWhat happened:1. I checked Settings > System > About. On the Device Specifications Column the processor name does not appear much earlier I forgot when, it used to show processor name2. On PC Health Check, PC name and system disk size now is labelled as unknown. When I first installed the app, it read accurately my device name and disk size. Update does nothing now.These does not appear on my other laptopAny ideas?

Issue installing BootCamp drivers for Windows 10

I found the fix to this problem. I installed Win10 on my 15inch Macbook pro with bootcamp. I tried several times and bootcamp on windows hung up on Realtek installation each time. Follow these steps to fix:

1. Go to Bootcamp folder, find Realtek, and install manually (double click Realtek setup.
   
2. Go to Task Manager - Click details - find the Realtek task - end task (DO NOT END THE ENTIRE BOOTCAMP TASK)
   
3. Installation will continue
   
4. All is right in the world.

  clean boot to eliminate software conflicts?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

Problem with 4500MHD to read Sony .mts files

• Which player are you using?
• Did you try to play the same video's using different player?

I suggest you to try the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1:

Install all the Windows updates including optional updates and check if it works.

Step 2:

I would suggest you to update the video driver from the device manager and check if it helps.

• Press Windows + X and select device manager.
• Expand display adapter and right click on installed driver and click on update.

Step 3:
If doesn't work, I would suggest you to install the latest available drivers on manufacturer's website in compatibility mode and check.

Follow the steps below on how to install driver in compatibility mode:

1. Download the driver from the manufacturer’s website and save it on your local disk.

2. Right click on the setup file of the driver and select “Properties”.

3. Select “Compatibility” Tab.

4. Place a check mark next to “Run this program in Compatibility mode” and select operating system from the drop down list.

5. Let the driver install and then check the functionality.
