Windows 10: Bootcamp Installation Crash - Blue Screen - System_Thread_Exception_Not_Handled

I have a Mac Pro and previously had Windows 10 successfully installed with Bootcamp. I had no problems for over a year.During use in windows, there was a pretty sudden crash, which left me no longer able to boot up in Windows.I used Bootcamp Assistant on the Mac side to uninstall windows, and reinstall. Now, after the Windows Set up, whenever I attempt to install BootCamp on the Windows side, it crashes to Blue Screen of Death during the installation, with the message "System_Thread_Exception_Not_Handled". Every time I attempt to restart the computer, it goes straight to the same blue screen

Great thanks for your suggestions. I tried them all and additionally I deleted the whole partition and re-installed Windows 10 via Bootcamp again. I was able to start once into normal mode, after around 3 minutes I had the same BSOD. In safe mode enabled Driver Verifier according to the link and also run V2 in safe mode. See the attachment for the crash files. I was not able to boot and run V2 in normal mode. There is now a blue screen loop which comes whenever I try to normal boot, with the folllowing Error: SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED.

I assume from the title of your post Crash/Blue Screen that the PC has crashed and produced a *BSOD=[Blue Screen Of Death] =Blue Screen; and that the PC recovered from this; if and when you see the Blue Screen write the Stop Code down; recover the PC or use one that is working to access the net and look up the Stop Code.

nb: You may be able to view this with a [*BlueScreenView] application, google for this.

BlueScreenView scans all your minidump files created during 'blue screen
of death' crashes, and displays the information about all crashes in one
table. For each crash, BlueScreenView displays the minidump filename, the
date/time of the crash, the basic crash information displayed in the blue
screen (Bug Check Code and 4 parameters), and the details of the driver
or module that possibly caused the crash (filename, product name, file
description, and file version).
For each crash displayed in the upper pane, you can view the details of
the device drivers loaded during the crash in the lower pane.
BlueScreenView also mark the drivers that their addresses found in the
crash stack, so you can easily locate the suspected drivers that possibly
caused the crash.
