Windows 10: Booting from USB: "Windows cannot open the required file D:\Sources\Install.wim"

Hi all,I'm attempting to completely reinstall Windows 10 on my PC using a bootable USB. I used the Media Creation Tool to create the bootable USB. I have the error "Windows cannot open the required file D:\Sources\Install.wim". I saw that the bootable USB contains install.esd but not install.wim. Trying to research the problem online, I'm seeing a lot of different results and unclear information. Was wondering what the best way is to solve this issue.Thanks!

D:\Sources\install.wim.Make Sure all files required for installation are available,and restart the installation.

Error code: 0x8007000D

 

Installing windows off of a USB stick

Step By Step from vista:
From admin cmd prompt

1. diskpart
1a. list disk
2. select disk 1 (replace 1 with your usb drive)
3. clean
4. create partition primary
5. select partition 1 (replace 1 with your usb drive)
6. active
7. format fs=fat32
8. assign
9. exit

Copy Windows Vista's DVD ROM content to the Flash Drive

xcopy d:\*.* /s/e/f e:\ (d being your vista cd and e being your usb stick)

And that's it, boot off your usb disk

I have Windows 10 media on a flash drive,and I was going to load it onto my other laptop that had no OS on it. I got to a screen that had said "Setup is Starting". Then, a box popped up saying," Windows cannot open the required file D:\Sources\install.wim. Make sure all files required for installation are available", I checked and the file is there, but I can't continue with the installation. What do I do?
