    I've been having an issue with booting up applications recently, this happened just yesterday. For some reason whenever I boot up any application my screen starts to show a bunch of pixels across the screen and glitching out everything this only happens on applications, home screen is perfectly fine. I've tried updating my Drivers, rolling back my drivers and even trying outdated drivers with all resulting in no resolution.This has also been happening on games that I frequently play like Roblox, Roblox studio doesn't seem to work either as I also get glitched results with my screen.
