Windows 10: Booting up windows from grub rescue giving error unknown filesystem, bootrec /fixboot...

So, I had a dual booted pc with TCS Ileon and windows 8.1. I don't know but by mistakenly I have deleted some partitions throughout my disk management. Now after restarting the pc I am facing to grub rescue. then i tried every solution on grub rescue but no command were working there. then I found an another way to solve this error by using bootable windows 10 usb. then I booted an usb with windows 10 and i booted through it. but here i have to do two commands in repair>advanced>command prompt that are bootrec /fixmbr and bootrec /fixboot. now the command bootrec /fixboot gave me another error as access denied. and then here i tried to check the efi bootable files in system partition. but there were three named as ** ., **..., microsoft. the tcs ion booting files were not shown up here.

the solutions i tried are:-

1 on grub rescue:- commands
i.ls result hd0 hd0,msdos2 hd0,msdos1
ii.assuming that hd0,msdos2 has tcs ion boot partition
set prefix=hd0,2/boot/grub
set root=hd0,2
insmod normal
normal
iii.this gave me an error as unknown filesystem evry time.

2 using windows 10 bootable usb:-
i. i booted the usb in uefi mode
ii. then i went here= Repair>Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Command Prompt
iii. then diskpart > list disk>select disk n>list volume>select volume n>active>select partition d>active>exit

Grub Rescue Unknown Filesystem

So my Windows 10 laptop isn't booting to windows normally. It boots to the Grub rescue saying unknown filesystem. It boots up from USB's, but not from the internal SSD. I shut it down a day ago, and then when I turned it back on...I get this error. I have
installed linux in the past, but not recently. I tried using a Windows 10 USB to repair startup errors but that failed. I also tried these commands (
bootrec.exe /fixmbr

bootrec.exe /fixboot (may return an 'Eliment not found' message)

bootrec.exe /RebuildBcd)

that were recommended on another post, but these didn't work. Does anyone have any suggestions? I got it to boot once by selecting windows boot manager at startup, but that option disappeared after shutting down.

Unknown File System - Grub Rescue on BootUp

I recently deleted my Linux partition on my HP Pavilion g6 laptop.

Next, I restarted my computer and the error message I get is unknown filesystem, and it shows a grub rescue command.

I tried going in BIOS and doing a system recovery but even with that it gives me unknown filesystem grub rescue error.

I also tried in grub rescue listing all the hd0,msdos# number, and all of them when i try to do /boot came up with unknown file system.

I do not have a backup of my windows 10 recovery CD or anything as such. I was able to download a ISO file for my Windows 8.1, I downloaded it on a flash drive and tried to boot from there, but it gave me no OS found (which I believe might just be an issue
of downloading the ISO file / not downloaded properly or something?)

Is there any other way to solve this issue? I have looked at several online forms and they all were talking about recovery disk, which I don't have, and hence looking for another option? If there is any?

you could try the Grub toolset, see if anything's useable. However,

I haven't done this personally (that I can recall) so no promises, and you should probably research a bit on it.

Of course you'd have to reinstall Grub afterwards if you wanted to use your Linux partition.
