Windows 10: Booting Windows 10 on Dell OptiPlex 960

So I am currently trying to boot Windows 10 on a Dell OptiPlex 960. After installing it, and trying to run it I kept getting the "there is something wrong with your computer." At one point I ended up in a loop with a Driver PNP Watchdog error. I swapped out the hard drive, booted Windows 10 and I kept getting there is something wrong with your computer. The next morning I went to wipe the hard drive so I could try some different settings and it worked! After running Windows for about an hour, I needed to reset the computer to run some updates, and now I keep getting "there is something wrong with your computer." Now that I know that's not true, does anyone know what is going on? What SATA should I choose? Thanks!

I have the dell Optiplex works well but sometimes it seems like it freezes up or the HD-STOPS enjoy the system

any suggestions is there anything to turn off always a delay in typing

when i got it it was so fast

should i boot in safe mode what will that tell me?

Dell Optiplex Clean Install of Windows 10

We have 20 new Dell Optiplex 7020s on the way with Windows 7 preloaded. I'd like to know the steps to perform a clean install of Windows 10.
