Windows 10: Bootmgr image is corrupt on Windows 10 installer USB.

I have tried to reinstall Windows 10 on my computer. I have changed the boot order, so the USB was the first. After restarting, I got this message: "BOOTMGR image is corrupt. The system cannot boot."
I tried to look for solutions, but all topics I have found was about the installed Windows' bootmgr trouble, that you can solve with your Windows installer USB/DVD. But what if the installer itself is corrupted?

Windows 7 BOOTMGR image is corrupt

I had the "bootmgr corrupt" screen show up on me today. This works for Win7 also.

you just need to find a win7 DVD.

Windows 10 "BOOTMGR image is corrupt"

While trying to install Windows 10 onto my new custom desktop off of a usb installer made using the Media Creation Tool, I get and error saying that "BOOTMGR image is corrupt. The system cannot start". There is no os installed already and all the parts
are new within a week.

I have a Dell laptop that came with Windows 7. I updated to Windows 10 which worked fine for many months. Then, after installing Windows updates, I tried to reboot and got the message "BOOTMGR image is corrupt. ...". I have read some posts on how to fix
the problem but they all seem to require an external copy of the Windows 10 upgrade. I believe the upgrade code went straight to the hard drive, so I don't have an external copy.

How can I get a copy of the Windows 10 upgrade onto a DVD or USB drive from another computer?
