Windows 10: BOOTMGR is Missing

Yes you can create media with Macrium in both x86 and x64..

You can also use TopGun's x86 link a few posts back..

You can also use the rescue disk in my sig below..

I have the same problem. Could someone pls help me out, while trying to create a partition to install linux I made a big mistake on my DISK 1 and set G: as primary and since then I can't start windows 10. Fortunatly I have an old drive lying around and reinstall windows 10 on that one. After that I just set back F: as active and downloaded Rufus and installed Windows 10 64 bit: Rescue6.1.871X64.iso - Google Drive, change BIOS to run from usb and after repair auto still didn't work Startup Repair couldn't repair our PC, I try also from CMD but bootrec.exe /scanos doesn't recognize my F:\drive. I think I'm doing something wrong. Please help me to rebuild my boot, what should I do? thanks.

 

Disk 0 is a UEFI disk
Disk 1 is a MBR disk

try removing Disk 1 and se if you can then boot Disk 0

 

I am receiving the "Boot manager missing" message.

The links to the Google Drive files in this thread are now all dead. (This file does not exist) Does any one have live links, please? 64bit.

Is there any way of repairing the boot manager files from within windows? I know this sounds paradoxical but I can boot to windows using my Acronis Loader from the recovery disc I made.

PS I upgraded to 10 from 7 and so have no Disc for 10. Could someone point me to a solution to what must be a very common problem.
