    bootres.dll corrupted, reset this PC won't solve


    Hello, yesterday I installed drivers from my motherboard's manufacturer's website link:
    PRIME B360-PLUS Driver & Tools | Motherboards | ASUS India

    Everything was fine until I restarted my PC and it went to startip repair and couldn't fix the problem, the log file showed an error: "Boot critical file C:\efi\microsoft\boot\resources\custom\bootres.dll is corrupt."
    So I decided to reset my PC while keeping my files. Then everything was okay, I was able to use my PC until I restarted it again when I got the same error. Anyone knows what the issue is and why isn't "reset this PC" is being able to solve it completely?.

    pc won`t update

    I`ve been trying to solve this problem for 3 months to no avail.

    PLEASE HELP!!!

    EVERY time the computer check new updates, the following message appears:

    We couldn't connect to the update service. We'll try again later, or you can check now. If it still doesn't work, make sure you're connected to the Internet.

    My PC is connected to the internet, so this could not be the problem.

    you`ve only directed me to a window link, which I don`T really understand.

    Could ANYONE PLEASE send me a simple answer how I can solve this problem step by step???????
