    Bose NC 700 Headphones Not Connecting


    I updated the Bluetooth drivers on my laptop today and once I did, the media buttons on my headphones stopped working over Bluetooth. I first tried forgetting and repairing the headphones to no avail, so I tried rolling back the drivers. Now I am back on the original Bluetooth drivers, but when I try to pair the headphones, the computer doesn't recognize them as an audio device. This is what I see when trying to pair:Bfore the update, I could see this:I would normally connect to the audio input, but now it doesn't show up anymore.

    Yes, and when the connected via Bluetooth the audio to the speakers are muted. Works that way with my Bose NC 700's - when they are connected via Bluetooth, my speakers connected to my DAC connected to my PC via optical cable are muted.

    Bose NC 700 Headphones Not Connecting

    Bose headphones stopped working after October update

    I don't have the QC 35 headphones, but I've got the Bose NC 700 and Bluetooth is working fine under 1903. Anyway no need to rollback just un-pair and re-pair the device and hopefully that'll solve the problem. BTW I've got a few devices paired to my PC and none were interrupted when moving to 1903.
