Both alt button on the built in keyboard are not working as the windows starting up

I've been using this Redmibook 15 laptop for about 4 months. At first, no problems occurred, suddenly out of nowhere both my alt are disable can't alt + tab, alt + f4, etc.. But, the alt button will suddenly fix it self after about 50-100 times of tapping the alt button. Is this a hardware problem? though i never use both alt and only use alt button near the windows logo but both alt are disabled.

    :)

  4. Both alt button on the built in keyboard are not working as the windows starting up

Built in keyboard didn't work after force shutdown.

This may sounds common issue, but trust me, keep reading.

I'm using Lenovo Yoga 6 i5, OS Windows 10 Home Single Language. The power button is easily pressed when you turned vertical as a tablet. a month ago, I did accidentaly pushed it for couple of seconds and it shut down. when I turned back on, the built in keyboard didn't work.

    I've tried:
    1. Entering BIOS, and the keyboard work just fine. but still doesn't work when log on windows. So I think the hardware is fine, so maybe the software.

    2. using the usb keyboard. It worked. but the built in keyboard still doesn't work. So I think the built in driver or something.

    3. reinstalling the built in driver through device manager, still doesn't work. it told me that the keyboard worked just fine. which it doesn't.

    4. Troubleshoot fix keyboard through settings, it found no issue.

    5. Turning off fast start, still doesn't work.

    6. Reset windows 2 weeks ago, lost all my data. it worked, but I accidentaly pressed the power button again, and the built in keyboard doesn't work again. (I didn't do anything with the settings since the reset, only turning off firewall.)

    7. I tried step 1-5 again. doesn't work.

    8. Posting my issue here. This really stressed me out. I don't want to lose all my programs and data again.

I really hope I can find my solution here wihout reseting my windows again. Thank you.
