Windows 10: Both Display Drivers Not Working...Please Help.

I have a HP Omen 15 laptop with Ryzen 5 4600h processor, AMD Radeon Integrated Graphics and a Dedicated NVIDIA 1660Ti GPU.

I was working on AutoCAD while casually watching Netflix one day point being, both tasks were not at all graphic intensive when my OS suddenly crashed Windows Blue Screen of Doom. The reason of the crash, according to the blue screen, was a "drive_state_failure". After I rebooted my laptop, I noticed that I couldn't change the brightness of my screen anymore using the Function keys and no brightness slider available in action center. I couldn't use the NVIDIA control panel because it showed this error: "NVIDIA Display settings are not available. You are currently not using a display attached to an NVIDIA GPU".





I then went to the device manger only to find out that my AMD Radeon Graphics also stopped working due to an error termed "CODE 43".





I can't change the brightness of my screen, can't use Photoshop or AutoCAD, can't play games, etc.


Following the Internet's instructions, I tried Updating both drivers, rolling back the driver versions, uninstalling and reinstalling both driver with and without using Safe Mode numerous times.I even restored my PC to a previous date and finally as a last hope made a backup of important files and reset my pc completely. But,none of these things solved my problem.


Please help me solve this issue and let me know what's wrong with my laptop.


P.S. I have not touched the internals of my laptop and I am fairly certain that this might not be a hardware problem becausethe system detects the GPU.
