Windows 10: Both USB mouse clicks and and keyboard presses randomly interrupted on Windows 11

I am having an issue where both my keyboard and mouse are randomly interrupted. This is an issue when playing online PC games. I will be holding down left click to use an ability in the game, but then my left click will be released before I lift my finger off the button. Same thing with typing, it will fail to enter keys or I will see a key entered twice. What could cause this? -Does not occur on same keyboard/mouse when plugged in to a different computer.-Keyboard and mouse drivers are up to date.-I already turned of USB selective suspend, that did not help.-Closed out of all extra programs a

Random clicks & key presses.

Computer problem: The keyboard would randomly stop responding and press "r" indifinitely like rrrrrrrrrrrrr
Mouse would work fine.

Opening task manager fixed the issue for like 5 seconds, but then the keyboard would start acting up again.

Replaced keyboard and mouse for working, wired ones. Then the computer would get stuck in that menu (when you press right click on a folder window and you see "Restore, Move, Size, Minimize, Maximize, Close".

The issue gets fixed by restarting the computer, but only temporarily. Works for a day fine, but then comes back.

No, the computer has no malware, adware of any kind. There are no USB splitters.

Any ideas?
