Windows 10: Bottom bar is bigger after update

Hey!My PC updated last night, and the bottom bar is bigger. I think it's because they've added the day of the week in the time and date block that makes everything bigger.Is there a way to revert this or not show the day of the week and keep it as e.g 10:30, 13.04.2024? It's so annoying to see everything missaligned like this.Thank you!

After Microsoft Edge Update, why is the Tab bar and Favorites Bar much bigger?

Last night, i updated Microsoft Edge to the latest version (Version 117.0.2045.31), but then upon restarting, the Tab Bar and Favorites Bar became much bigger? Is there a way to adjust it?

To turn off windows updates in windows 7 follow these steps:

Click the start button, in the search box type in 'windows updates', click on 'windows update'
in the search results list, in the left side of the windows update window click 'change settings'
then in the option bar select 'Never check for updates'.

 

Cannot modify Task Bar settings

• Right click on the Task Bar.
• Uncheck the option " Lock the Taskbar."
