Windows 10: Bough mc but cant play it on the launcher

I have bought minecraft java with paysafecard on the site, and then i downloaded the launcher from the microsoft store, but it only gives me an option to buy it again or play the demo, ive bought the gane on my minecraft account, and singed in to the launcher with my minecraft account, but it wont let me play

I am unable to sign into my MC launcher without it randomly closing (Windows Java)

I had just bought MC for Java and downloaded the launcher, once I did i tried to sign in using the Microsoft option, I put in my correct email & password, then it prompts me with my account, the second I press "Let's Play" it closes Minecraft and nothing happens further. I have tried signing in multiple times and nothing works.

I have attempted to reinstall MC but aswell as you could guess, nothing.

 

Minecraft Native launcher

Thank you Catherine, but i play just updated team fortress 2 from Steam and it updated perfectly. I tried your setting steps but unfortunately i can't modify Minecraft for a reason and if i try to right click nothing happens. When i clicked on Modern Combat
5 it showed me the link to advanced options but not for minecraft.

My father purchased Minecraft for me from Minecraft. net. I have tried a million times but it is hard to acces minecraft forums in China.

However when i opened the Minecraft native log it said my windows version was 8 ,however my windows is 10.

Thx for cooperating. I even tried "check for updates in the store" but that wasn't any help.

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Community. May we ask if what troubleshooting you have tried? We highly suggest you to try the steps below.

• Restart your phone.
• If the issue persists after restarting your phone, it only means that the default launcher is needed for any other launchers to work properly. Re-installing the default launcher should resolve the issue.

Once your Android phone is back on its default settings, re-install the Microsoft Launcher and your other apps.

Note: You can easily restore your Microsoft Launcher settings if you have performed a back up. To back up your Microsoft Launcher settings, please do the following:

1. Launch the Microsoft Launcher settings. (Tap and hold your phone's home screen and tap on the
   Launcher Settings.)
2. Tap Back up & Restore.
3. Tap Back up Microsoft Launcher option.
4. Confirm that the Back up to cloud storage option is selected.
5. Tap the Back up button.
6. Check the settings that you want to back up.
7. Tap the Back up now button.

You may restore your Microsoft Launcher back up after re-installing it.

If you can no longer re-install your phone's default launcher, please get in touch with its manufacturer for assistance on how you can reset it to its factory settings.
