Brand new pc Crashing since i bought it.

I tried everything apart from update the BIOS ill have to look into thats im really bad with pcs , but everything isnt working its really anyoing. brand new pc cost like £1500 and its always crashed since i bought it. still not fixed ill look into how i update my BIOS thanks for the help

Hello my brand new pc is lagging when i want to play a video on my video editor thats lagging a lot the same when i play roblox the hole game lagging, some time its crashing as i have many games, apps and popups open

how can i fix that,

i have tryed already reinstall roblox and video editor and remove help things for roblox but its not working

Brand new pc Crashing since i bought it.

If your brand new computer was crashing from the get go, you should have returned it for a refund or a replacement. You paid a lot of money for that computer, so it should work properly. You shouldn't have to spend countless hours trying to fix it. If the computer still under warranty, see if you can return it. If you can't return it, the manufacturer's technical support should fix every problem.
