Windows 10: Bought a front USB hub, now pc won't sleep

Now, my pc won't go to sleep. Whenever I try to put it to sleep it wake up on its own after 2 seconds. The problem disappear whenever I unplug the molex connector included in the usb hub. Problem is, the front usb port won't work if the molex isn't connected. I have a Core i7 skylake on an Asus H110C/CSM, with a Radeon RX-580. I'm on Windows 10 1909 with all the latest updates. I tried to update the driver of the usb hub but it already has the newest available driver. It looks like it's using the generic Windows driver but, I couldn't find any other driver on the Internet.

Laptop won't wake from sleep when external Keyboard and Mouse are plugged in via USB Hub. How to fix?

Open an elevated command prompt (admin mode).

1. Type in powercfg/devicequery wake_programmable
   
2. Check to make sure the USB keyboard connected to the USB hub shows up on that list, which would confirm it can indeed wake up your laptop from sleep.
   
3. To check what is already enabled, type in powercfg /devicequery wake_armed
   
4. Type in powercfg /deviceenablewake "ExactKeyboardName" with ExactKeyboardName being the full and exact name (including parentheses, if any) of the USB keyboard that appeared in step 3 above (make sure the name is wrapped in quotes).
   
5. If more than one USB keyboard showed up in the list in step 2, then repeat step 4 with each USB keyboard name.

Incompatible USB hub driver is one of the possible reasons why this issue is happening. We recommend uninstalling the USB Root Hub driver and see if it helps. Follow the stepes below:
