Windows 10: Bought a game and now after a few months it does not show up in my library anymore

Bought stardew valley and activated it a few months ago and now the game does not show up as owned on my account but it still shows up in my order history.

Forza Horizon 4 isn’t in my library anymore.

Recently i reset my PC due to some problems. So after resseting the PC, i had to redownload all my games but when i logged on into microsoft store, the library doesnt have forza horizon 4 anymore. What do i do, i bought the game a month ago i even have all
different kinds of achievement on the same account in Xbox companion app but it doesnt show up on the librbary on the companion app either.

I’ll be glad for any help or advice i can get!

- Open the store, click on the elipses (3 dots) in the upper right corner

- Click on "settings"

- Scroll down and under account, click on "Manage your devices" (this will open the browser)

- Remove un-used devices from this list that shows up if you have 10 in there already.

Launch the Store

Click the ellipsis in the top right corner of the screen (...)

Click My Library

Scroll through the list then click the Forza Horizon 4 game if its listed there, then click the download button.

If doesn't help, let us know and we can explore more options.

I understand that you are unable to find a game purchased from Microsoft Store. I'll certainly assist you with the issue.



However, we would like to know the place of purchase of the game.



As you have mentioned that you have purchased the game logged in to your Microsoft account, I would suggest you to make sure that you are signed in with the same Microsoft account in Microsoft Store.



To login to Microsoft Store, refer the steps mentioned below:

1. Open Microsoft Store.
2. Click on the Profile icon on the top left corner, click on the account and select
   Sign Out.
3. Now, click on the Profile icon and select
   Sign in.
4. Sign in with the Microsoft Account through which you purchased the game.
