Bought a pre own laptop go 2 for personal use and it wont let me login with my personal acc and asked for my school or work acc which I dont have any

laptop battery wont charge after latest update

1. Shutdown your laptop.

2. Remove the battery.

3. Connect the AC power adapter to your laptop.

4. Power on the laptop

5. Open the Device Manager by typing Devmgmt.msc into Start Menu or from Control Panel.

6. Under the Batteries category, right-click all of the Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method Battery listings, and select Uninstall (it’s okay if you only have 1).

7. Shutdown the laptop.

8. Insert the battery.

9. Power on the laptop.

If above suggestions wont resolve the battery charge issue then follow below steps.




Step 2

1. Shutdown the laptop.

2. Remove the battery.

3. Start the laptop with only AC adapter connected to laptop.

4. When you login to Windows OS connect the battery while Windows OS working.

1 - yes, see below, I tried various passwords, none worked

2. Could you tell what steps did you follow before you weren't able to sign into your account?

Settings, Accounts

Your email & accounts

Sign in with a Microsoft account instead

(I enter email and password)

Then I get this message: "Sign in to this device using your Microsoft acc

From here on out, you'll unlock this device using either the password for your Microsoft acc or, if you've set one up, your PIN.... To make sure it's really you,we'll need your current Windows password one last time

If you don't have a Windows password, just leave the box blank and select Next."

I have put in several passwords/PIN that I use, and also left the box blank, and every time I am told the password is incorrect, try again.

Other suggestions = I have checked the language is correct (English UK)
