Windows 10: bought a school laptop, microsoft store error, etc

so i bought this school laptop from m school as they sold it to me, I got the built in admin account password, and my own account is administrator, however some hings wont open, for one settings crashes as soon as it is open, microsoft windows displays the error, try that again Code: 0x80131500, i figure that has something to do within the computer, however im admin so im sure i can disable whatever is making it do that, however i dont know what is making it do that. i already tried most things

Microsoft Store does not install apps from work or school department

I have completed those steps. In Microsoft Store the error is the same when trying to install an app from the work or school department. The same app from a different department installs fine.
