Windows 10: bought game on microsoft for pc and i cant download to play

i recently bought age of empires 2 for pc and on the site it says i have to log in to download the game ,. which even as i was it doesnt download i cant play the game . what is with this. id like to know . 19$ of a game

• Press the Xbox button on your controller to return to the Home screen.
  
• Pull the right trigger to scroll down, and then press the A button to select My games & apps.
• Scroll right to the Ready to Install section.
• Highlight the game you want to install, press the A button on your controller, and then select Install.

Method 2: How to install a Game on Windows 10.

• Using your Microsoft account, sign in to the PC where you want to install your games.
• On the Start screen, select the Store icon.
• In the Store, select Games from the menu.
• Browse to and select the game you want to buy or install.

If you already own the game, you can install it on your PC. Otherwise, select Install to download and install the game.

• Does the BSOD occur while playing a particular game?
• Is the game downloaded from Windows Store?

I suggest you to update the Graphic Card drivers by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Press Windows key + X, select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapters.
• Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to update.
