Windows 10: Bought HP Laptop and its in Windows 11S mode HELP

I’ve been using a tablet for the last few years and I just bought an HP - 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i7 - 16GB Memory - 512GB SSD - Natural Silver. I am full time student went back to school after 15 years we use zoom for classes as well as google docs, slides, Grammaly, course hero, voice thread I dont know if its better to exchange computer of take it out of S mode. I have webroot antivirus I don't know if there’s an antivirus on this device I haven’t completed setting up device when I realized the problem. Zoom you can do through website but you cant record and that’s a big pro

Windows 11 can't switch out of s mode

I bought my new Windows 11 HP laptop and I signed in with my regular Microsoft account. Currently, I am unable to get my computer out of S Mode, no matter the steps that I follow. The "Get" button in the Microsoft store is not available and there is no option to switch under activation in the settings. Can someone help me with this?

 

How to Downgrade Refurbished HP Laptop with Windows 11 to Windows 10?

I bought a refurbished HP laptop because I had to send my new HP laptop back for repair. The refurbished laptop has Windows 11 and I can't see that it upgraded from Windows 10 (I used Belarc Advisor). I want to downgrade it to Windows 10.

I went to HP which has the refurbished laptop listed as Windows 10. It doesn't even allow me to choose Windows 11 as its OS.

My question is that if I wipe the hard drive and install Windows 10, do I use the Windows key from Windows 11 or should I do something else? I do have Windows 10 on my new laptop that I sent for repair.

Bought a new HP laptop built with Windows 11. Can I change it to Windows 10? It wasn't upgraded to 11 it was built with 11 so I doubt a roll-back is possible . Any ideas?
