Windows 10: Bought Minecraft Windows Edition and it posted to bank account but I have no transaction ID

Bought Minecraft Windows Edition and it posted to my credit bank account but I did not receive a verification email to set up my account, nor did Mojang send me any proof of purchase. When trying to download the game, I needed to click on "which computer" the game was being registered with..? And my computer type/name did not show up in the list of options. I'm confused about how to get help, as I have proof showing I was charged for the game in my bank account, however I have no transaction ID nor verification email of any kind of account existing with Mojang. Hands are tied. How can I get help for this kind of problem?

Banking transaction issues.

This will probably be resolved in a future update to Edge (time unknown) but the solution, at present, is to use another browser for these banking transactions.

I've got a strange issue with my bank site... since the last update of dec 10 2015 on my EDGE. when i try to transfer money in between 2 of my accounts, or if i try to pay a bill thru the banking site, the system kicks me out without any confirmation
# without doing any transactions ...

But it work on google chrome, IE, Firefox... there is someting new with the latest update (proxi, firewall, protection's setting, protocol, ???? Any idea why there a problem with the secure transactions???

Ensure that you are using the correct email id to login to the Store. It should be the same email id that you have used to redeem this game.

You can login to your Microsoft account to view the transactions and purchases made using your Microsoft account. Once you sign in to the Microsoft Store, you can download the game as your account will automatically acquire the license of the game
code you’ve redeemed.
