Windows 10: Bought new digital license of Windows 11 Home and cannot activate it

Hello,Today I bought a digital license of Windows 11 Home in the official Microsoft store. When I am trying to enter the key into the activation window it says I recently changed my hardware. How can that be with a new key? I am waiting for the support to call me, but until now nothing. Is there even support? How can you treat your customers like this? Additionally, I do not have a refund option in the shop. So the question is, will I get the support needed to get my product or do I have to sue to get my money back?

Did you read Microsoft documentation? Activate Windows - Microsoft Support says:

• A digital license (called a digital entitlement in Windows 10, Version 1511) is a method of activation in Windows 10 that doesn't require you to enter a product key.
  

 

How To Activate Windows 11 Signed-into Account (B) Using A Windows 10 Digital License Linked to Account (A) On A Different PC?

I have:

• An old PC that:
  
  • Is running Windows 10 Home.
    
  • Activated using a digital license that is eligible for Windows 11 update.
    
    • Digital license is linked to an old Microsoft account (e-mail #1).
      
  • Does not meet the minimum system requirements to run Windows 11.
    
• A new PC that:
  
  • Is running Windows 11 Home.
    
  • Is not yet activated.
    
  • Is signed-in using a new Microsoft account (e-mail #2).
    

My main goal is to activate Windows 11 Home on my new PC using my existing digital license while keeping:

1. The new PC signed-in to the new Microsoft account (e-mail #2).
   
2. The old PC signed-in to the old Microsoft account (e-mail #1).
   

Side note: Though I would love to keep the old PC working and still licensed, it is OK if that is not possible.

Initial idea:

1. Unlink digital license on old PC from e-mail #1.
   
2. Link digital license on old PC to e-mail #2.
   
3. Check that the new PC is activated.
   
4. Switch back to e-mail #1 on old PC.
   

Yet, I am unsure about the proper way of handling this process while avoiding any hiccups.

Actual questions:

1. Would my initial idea work?
   
   1. Could you please point me to how to unlink an account from a digital license?
      
   2. Could you please point me to how to link a new account to a digital license?
      
   3. Would the Windows 11 Home activation be automatic and immediate or is there anything I need to do before?
      
2. If not, what are my other options?

Windows 11 Activation Issues With Digital License

I have a Windows 11 Pro digital license linked to my microsoft account. I'm using a new device now and trying to activate it. It's the same system (W11 Pro) and I've logged in with my Microsoft account. However, it is not activated. I thought that was because the old device still existed, so I tried using slmgr on the old system to revoke the key on there. However, after next reboot activation was back and the new device still wouldn't activate. I then tried removing the device from the Microsoft Account device list. After that, it was still in the list of connected devices. I then tried troubleshooting, but it said no devices could be found, even though my old system was still on the connected devices list. What should I do? Should I log out of my Microsoft account on the old system? I'm absolutely not going to buy a new license.
