    Bought Outer Worlds DLC for XBOX instead of PC, PLEASE HELP


    Hello,I have The Outer Worlds via PC Game Pass. Now I was gifted the Expansion Pass. After I wasn't able to install it and did some digging, I found out that I was gifted the wrong version - namely the XBOX version instead of the PC version. Can I please get a refund or change the version of this? And how do I do that? I can not find a Email Support address at all, only a telephone hotline.Thanks

    Outer Worlds not launching on Xbox PC (Game Pass)

    The Xbox Beta PC app will not launch The Outer Worlds. I have tried reinstalling the game twice and restarted my computer. Don't know what's going on

    The error messages says this

    C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\PrivateDivision.TheOuterWorldsWindows10_1.0.36...\TheOuterWorlds.exe

    This operation returned because the timeout period expired.

    Can someone help me out?

    Outer Worlds - Peril on Gorgon

    I am played and finished The Outer Worlds. I just downloaded the new DLC and Microsfot says it is installed. I have gone back to multiple saves before the final quest and the DLC does not trigger. I also do not show the "Peril on Gorgon" on the right bottom
    of the main screen. Microsoft Store says it is installed, I ahve tried reinstalling it and still the DLC will not start in the game.

    No install option for Outer Worlds on PC (have XBOX game pass for PC, updated Windows 10, signed into acct)

    Thank you for taking time to reply.

    However its my Xbox one console that fails to install the Outer Worlds game, not windows 10 & PC.
