Windows 10: bought this dell

Discus and support bought this dell in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I bought a Dell Latitude laptop from a pawn shop and everything seems to be working fine.     I bought a Dell Latitude laptop from a pawn shop and everything seems to be working fine. However, I'm unable to update the OS as it has Windows 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB installed. I'm not sure what all of that means, but the OS build number is 14393.6796. I have tried everything but the update keeps failing with an error code of 0x8007232b and the activation servers seem to be offline. I'm willing to buy a new key, but it won't let me do so. Can you please help me out? Oh, by the way, it's a Latitude 7480."
