Windows 10: bought used windows 11 proComputer I thought please advise

Yesterday I answere an add on Facebook windows 11 Computer for sale. I went and looked at it the man showed me the computer said it has windows 11. I bought it from him ande then when I started to look into it I discovered that maybe not all is right with this computer It says it has windows 11 but it is Version 21H2 ns the only download it has done is from 2023. Is that humous? well maybe but not to me I did not know a copy of windows11 could be put onto a computer that does not have all of the required hardware. Anyway I do not know what to do Please advise me am I in danger of getting Hacke

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

 

Install Windows 10 prof on Windows 11 laptop guidance needed

Hello, I just bought a Lenovo Idea Pad with Windows 11 pre installed on it. However I cannot tolerate Windows 11 for x,y,z reasons. I saw on internet that in order to go to windows 10 professional, I have to re-image the laptop. I am a bit technology savvy so if anybody could give the desired step by step basics of the process, I greatly appreciate it? I will purchase from Microsoft original Keys since this will be my main laptop for coding Python. I am thinking of going online & downloading ISO file, installing from USB & then purchasing licence from Microsoft? If these steps are correct or I am missing any other crucial steps please advise with links? I thank you in advance for all assistance appreciated.
