    Bought Windows 10 Pro from Microsoft online, no trace of an activation key


    I paid Microsoft $199 for Windows 10 Pro, to upgrade an unactivated Windows 10 Home system. The email they sent had an order number, but no key. I went to account.microsoft.com and looked at my order history. It shows the purchase, but there's no key or link of any kind.

    Microsoft support sends me in circles. It promises me I can talk to a person, but that's a joke. Does anyone have an idea?

    Windows 10 Activation (Insider)

    I bought Windows 7 Pro OEM key from G2Play.net for 12€ to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro - worked like a charm but be advised if you buy a OEM key you can not download the Win 7 iso from microsoft and have to get it elsewhere.

    Thanks but I don't want to do any decrypting. I want to download a Win 10 ISO from Microsoft and install it using my Win 8 key. No other steps required. Is that possible?
