Windows 10: Bought Windows 11 Pro and not activating, saying it's not genuine and error 0x803FABBA

I recently built my computer and downloaded Windows 10 from my new computer, through media creation tool on my old computer. My new computer then updated to Windows 11. After that I bought Windows 11 Pro on my new computer but when I try to download it, I am getting the error "Something happened and we couldn't make your copy of Windows genuine." Also inside activation when I try to download it I am getting the error 0x803FABBA. Anyone know how to fix this? I am trying to contact windows but for some reason their customer support is not letting me talk or chat with any agents which is really f

Clean Windows 11 Pro install will not activate. Had Windows 10 Pro installed.

I had Windows 10 Pro installed on my computer. (upgraded from a physical Windows 8.1 copy)

I did a clean install of Windows 11 Pro.

Now my Windows 11 Pro will not activate despite being logged in with my Microsoft Account.

I figured that I had to remove my previous device (containing the Windows 10 Pro installation) from my Microsoft Account.

This didn't work and now I'm afraid that I lost the Windows 10 Pro license linked to my Microsoft Account.

How can I activate Windows 11 Pro on my computer?

Windows 7 not genuine problem

It seems like that's an OEM windows copy, it will do that the every time you reinstall the OS. If you have the key, next time you see the "not genuine windows copy" click it and choose to activate by phone, everything else is pretty straight forward as it explains step-by-step. If it doesn't work, then its highly likely that you got a Pirate copy.

 

I have a genuine windows 10 but it does not say that it is active

• Did you purchase a new genuine license in order to activate Windows 10? If not, then did you upgraded from the genuine older version of windows like Windows 8.1/Windows 7 SP1?
• What is the exact message you get which says your windows 10 is not activated?
