Windows 10: Bowers & Wilkins Px7 Over Ear Wireless Bluetooth Headphone, Adaptive Noise Cancelling -...

I linked them to my pc via Bluetooth, took a bit to figure that one out. Should be straightforward, but it took a bit of fiddling to get it to connect. They work fine if I want to use them online, but no sound comes through if I try to use iTunes. And the web address for support is down, even tried the is it down site, they verified it's down. Any ideas?

The all-encompassing ear cushions not only provide noise isolation and high levels of comfort, their dual-cavity construction helps the pads mold to the contours of the wearer's head. Technology
With most headphones, sound quality is compromised by the way drive-units are designed. To save space, the diaphragm must perform the dual role of sound generator and suspension system. But for the P7 we have created a headphone driver that works more like the drive-unit in a hi-fi speaker, with a diaphragm focused purely on the job it's supposed to do: generate sound.

The internal speaker baskets encasing the P7s' drive-units are perforated with air vents covered with a resistive film. This unique design allows for precise control of the airflow from behind the drive-unit, resulting in a more uniform, piston-like movement. Plus, while the voice coil of most headphones are made from copper, the P7s' voice coils are constructed from a lighter aluminum-copper compound. The decrease in weight means that the drive-unit can move more freely, improving high frequency dynamics.

The P7's speaker baffle plates are constructed from a polymer material that has been heavily braced and tuned to make it very rigid and inert. This limits any resonances that might color the sound of the headphones. Finally, damping material inside the speaker enclosure helps control and dampens internal reflections, further reducing coloration and distortion. All of this means a drive-unit with a more precise, controlled movement, capable of producing outstanding levels of performance.

Bowers and Wilkins PX Headphones connecting to Windows 10

This didn't work for me. I ran this utility with my PX7 plugged into the USB cable. The headphones appear in the output audio device list, but greyed-out, and I can not connect to them. The Bluetooth Controls panel also shows the PX7 as a paired output audio
device, but the "Connect" button also fails to connect. When I press the Bluetooth connect button on the PX7, the headphones say "ready to connect" but attempts to connect via the button on the Controls Panel or the Sound Playback pop-up does not work. I have
USB speakers on this PC, but disabling these does not allow the PX7 to be enbabled or connected.

This is frustrating because the PX7 were connecting and working reliably with this PC previously, but I lost this capability after Windows did its most recent update. My impression is that it is the Windows update that knocked out the functioning of the
B&W bluetooth driver. In the Device Manager, I ran Update for all of of the drivers listed under Bluetooth. So, not clear where to go from here. This pair of PX7 still work perfectly as a Bluetooth audio device for my android phones.
