Brand new build - different BSODS from a cold boot

Ran Memtest86+ for fourteen hours, 7 passes, 0 fails. So if Memtest86+ is super reliable, I believe my RAM is in good shape. I've re-ran sfc today, no violations at this time.

*EDIT* So I shut my system down after running for awhile, and I've left it off for half an hour or so. I turn on to test again and I just received a Kernel_security_check once again. I'll post a minidump as soon as I can.

    *edit2* added newest minidump.

*edit3* I've re-ran sfc /scannow again, and it reports no integrity violations either. I'm completely baffled. I'm feeling like I've got a hardware problem betwee, new mobo, or new RAM.

    • Is your RAM on MSI compatible list ?
    • Did you install the latest Intel Chipset Drivers
    • Can you use another PSU if available ?
    • Check for latest firmware on the SSD.
    • On the cold boot. Look inside the MB and read the error code at the time of BSOD.

RAM looks to be supported - MSI USA

    I have ADATA XPG Z1 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 2400 (PC4 19200) Desktop Memory Model AX4U2400W8G16-DRZ

I also made sure to manually set voltage in bios to 1.2v since it's the supported voltage.

I have swapped each stick out, and put each in DIMM2 my mobo species DIMM2 to be first for the ram. So Each stick has had its turn in DIMM2, and 2-3 times, system has cold booted. As far as SSDs go, both of mine are also supported according to chart on my mobo's compatibility page. I've not checked for any firmware upgrades either. I have installed all drivers straight off mobo's website, including vga/chipset/lan/audio/usb3. I don't have a spare PSU currently to check. The one I'm using is a Seasonic 660w 80+ Platinum.

    Thanks Steve,
I did look at his last dmps.
    @OP,
Just try it with one stick in slot 2. Also use some monitoring software to double check if RAM is set at 1.2v. If not, you can increase the RAM voltage a little bit e.g 1.25v. According to your MB manual, page 30 , RAM voltage should be under 1.35v

I've been using one stick, then I increased voltage, unit booted fine from being powered off for awhile. As soon as I stuck the second 8gb stick in dimm4, and waited until this morning to turn on, I received the memory_management bsod on bootup. Seems like once that ram 'gets warm' it goes into Windows after that initial bsod on next restart.

    *EDIT1*

Okay, so I had an experiment in mind, I read off another google searched thread, and it appears my issue has been similar. After running memtest86+ for all those hours, that was after the system was already on and 'warm', then I rebooted. What I did this time, was leave the system off for about an hour, then start up right away and start up memtest as quick as I could. It's now pulling up several errors, 26 so far. I'm assuming it's the stick in DIMM4 at this point.

Your last 2 dmp's also indicated: memory corruption and pool corruption but since you ran memtest twice without errors so I was hesitated to mention it. However, the timings could be off when the RAM is cold. Just for testing purpose, go into BIOS and relax the timings a little bit and increase the voltage to 1.28V to see if you still have the problem.
Either way, Time to RMA the RAM and if possible, get another brand such as G Skill. If you look at my specs, That's what I am using.

After my post, I created a RMA with Newegg, and have already mailed the RAM back off to Cali. I'll post back in about a week, assuming that's how long the turn around will take. Thanks for your help.

Brand new build - different BSODS from a cold boot

Just an update to say, everything has been good. It was just bad RAM, got the new sticks in last night and have been cold booting perfectly fine. I marked the thread as solved. So it looks like SFC and my RAM problems were unrelated after all.
