Brand New Computer... BSOD multiple times every day since its purchase.

Hey all. Normally I'd consider myself pretty computer literate, but for the life of me I can't figure out what the problem is here. Maybe someone can help me.

I have a brand new computer made by a local company. Actually two identical-in-every-way computers, one for myself and my girlfriend. Since day one, my computer will BSOD multiple times a day. Hers, every-other day. So not as frequent, but definitely not the performance one would expect of a brand new machine.

I am also having issues with my computer 'hanging' during use, which I'm sure is connected. For example, watching Netflix-- the audio and video will briefly freeze and make the most horrible noise, and sometimes my screen will even flicker to black and back again. It almost looks like when you update a graphics card, if that makes sense, because the screen sort of 'shifts' back into place when it comes back on. When this happens, sometimes my computer will run for another hour, sometimes only a few minutes... but the BSOD is coming.

My girlfriend's computer doesn't do this, but it will occasionally hard-freeze with no BSOD, and we have to reboot by hitting the actual power button on the tower.

The errors I'm receiving are also different each time. There's a ton of error messages that the BSOD likes to choose, and sometimes it just gives me a basic message without telling me what failed.

    BSODS:

    APC INDEX MISMATCH

    CRITICAL PROCESS DIED

    DPC WATCHDOG VIOLATION

    IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL

    KERNEL DATA INPAGE ERROR

    KERNEL SECURITY CHECK FAILURE

KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED (this is it's favorite one to spit out, no 'what failed')

PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA -readyboot.sys

    SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION

    SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED

    What I've tried so far:

Updated Windows 10 to most recent version

Updated all of my drivers to the most recent version.

    Turned off Fast Startup

Uninstalled and reinstalled my graphics drivers

    SFC/scannow

    Memtest

    Chkdsk

Full reinstall + update of Windows 10 (while weeping into a wineglass)

Read through the Event Log right after crashes to try to pinpoint error source/googled and applied fixes for errors I found. No significant results.

I'm sure I've done more, but I can't remember the specifics. I've been trying to fix this myself from the start and I'm finally at my wit's end. I'm crossing my fingers that someone here will be able to understand what's happening. My alternative is to take a day off of work to drive two hours one way and turn the people who built my computer inside out. Even then, I know I'm just going to have to drop it off for a week and then take another day off to pick it up again...

Please help? T^T I'd be eternally grateful.

I have included my MiniDumps Here.

    System Specs:

    Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 1400 Quad-Core Processor 3.20 GHz

    Ram: 16 GB

    Processor: 64-bit OS, x64 Based

GC: AMD Radeon RX 560 Series

    (I miss Windows 7...)

    :)

  2. HELP ! BSOD with brand new computer.

    Hi,

I just bought a brand new computer running with Windows 10.

When I first turned it on, I had a BSOD within 1min. I had to do a "hard" restart because it crashed again when it restarted.

While I was doing the initial configuration, it may have crashed 3 times more. Then, I started to install the usual software (Office, Adobe, Anti-virus...) and it crashed again at least twice.

I did all the steps that are listed here.

Below is the OneDrive link to the zipped folder:

    Files_dmp.zip

There should be the last three .dmp file, the system info and the computer specification.

If you need any other information, please let me know.

Thank you for your help !

Multiple BSOD Errors - Brand New Computer

I recently just purchased a brand-new gaming computer. I received the computer December 15, 2017 and since then (2 days) I've been plagued with multiple BSOD error codes. The 2 most frequent error codes that I get are "BAD_POOL_HEADER" and "MEMORY_MANAGEMENT".
I don’t have many programs installed being as this is a new computer, but errors have been popping up when doing regular internet browsing, folder navigation, and gaming.

I've run memtest86 and windows memory diagnostics check to see if I was getting any RAM errors and both tests came back negative (showed no error with ram). I've updated my mouse, keyboard, audio, monitor, graphics, and SSD (firmware) to the latest
drivers. I could not get the latest BIOS drivers (2-3 weeks newer than what I currently have) due to an error about 64bit windows. I've uploaded the most recent (since the 16th) minidump files (via Bluescreen Viewer) and some pictures detailing
the BSOD's that I have been getting (spanning the 15th to today). Also included is some system information. Thanks for any help!

    Brand new PC BSoD

    Hi,

Corrupted drivers and system files are one of the possible reasons why this issue is happening. We'd like to get additional information to help resolve the issue. Kindly answer the following questions below:

    • What is the stop error code showing on the screen whenever you experience BSoD? (e.g.: 0x0000000A, 0x0000003B, and 0x000000EF)
    • Did you installed any third-party applications on your new computer before the issue started?
    • Is there a specific action you're doing on the computer that triggers BSoD?
In the meantime, we suggest performing the possible solutions in this
    article
to help resolve blue screen errors.

We'll keep an eye out for your response.
