Windows 10: Brand New Gaming Laptop keeps automatically jumping back to previous page all the way till...

Just about a day ago -I Noticed this happening first on DISCORD - It would take me back to the main page Same thing with every other browser old and new, I Haven't installed any viruses or software and I Tried using the sfc /scannow and it said it repaired some corrupted files but the issue still persists - it happens only for a very short duration = about 5-8 minutes, And The only way I've managed to find out how to stop it from happening temporarily until the next startup is through Doing ctrl + alt + del Combo but sometimes it doesn't work so i restart the windows explorer and it finally

getting message ''You have windows 10,but this page is for a previous version of windows''. this is a brand new laptop, came with windows 8.1. How to fix?

Hi, I have a brand new Toshiba laptop, it came with windows 8.1. A month ago I downloaded the free windows 10. Keep getting a blue strip message at bottom of page saying ''you have windows 10, but this page is for a previous version of windows. How can
this be? and how can it be sorted out?. Also, cortana has a high pitched noise instead of a voice.

 

Microsoft brand bluetooth mouse - Scrol jump issue

Microsoft brand bluetooth mouse, model 1737.

Scroll issue - Scroll keeps jumping or improper scrolling.

Tried in different laptops, the same problem exists. Used another wired mouse - Dell, the scroll is good.

Tried all driver and clean boot options available on the internet suggestions, no help. Should we take for physical service at any microsoft support center in India?

 

My pictures jumping to top of page

I'm using Windows 10, and when viewing my pictures, if i scroll down to the bottom of the page it automatically jumps to the top of the page after a few seconds. Any suggestions on how to stop this from happening?
