    Hi,

    I just got an 15" HP Spectre to replace a 13" one that has Win 10 2004. It has a display menu that has a manual silder, as well as the function keys on the keyboard that work.

    On the Spectre 15 w/the 20H2 version of win10 the brightness function keys do nothing and in the Display menu, the option at the top for brightness doesn't exist. I had the computers side-by-side to make sure. Sounds like a common windows 10 thing, but it's unsettling to have a day old computer with a problem Has anyone figured out how to fix this? It seems like more of a Windows that HP problem, but right now it's MY problem. LOL!

    Hi, I am using Hp probook 440 win 10 pro (64) and my functioning keys for brightness are not working? I have installed the drivers from hp store but still issue. Any suggestion please.
