Windows 10: Brand New Ideapad Slim 5 Lagging

Hello. A few weeks ago, I purchased a Lenovo Ideapad Slim 5. The first time I noticed an obvious speed difference between this brand-new laptop and my old, very much ailing laptop was when I played online Tetris. My experience playing the online game was nothing like my old laptop an old HP that was about to die. I noticed a significant lag. I continued to notice this while working in google docs. I did have several tabs open, not programs. While typing, I would experience a lag. While trying to copy and paste, the laptop would freeze up. Gradually, it returned to a normal speed. Does this h

Lagging And apps and games crashing pc

Hello my brand new pc is lagging when i want to play a video on my video editor thats lagging a lot the same when i play roblox the hole game lagging, some time its crashing as i have many games, apps and popups open

how can i fix that,

i have tryed already reinstall roblox and video editor and remove help things for roblox but its not working

You have mentioned it is brand new... I would suggest you return this device to where you bought it and have it checked. Brand new devices shouldn't have keyboard and mouse lag problems.

• What browser are you using when you experience a lag?
• Does the lag occur in a particular game?

In the meantime, we suggest you run the System Maintenance troubleshooter. Here are the steps:

• Press Windows Key + X.
• Click on Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• On the left pane, click on View All.
• Click on System Maintenance to run the troubleshooter.
