Windows 10: Brand new laptop, blank screen after giving Microsoft password

Hello Everyone. I purchase a refurbished gaming laptop so I can continue to pew, pew, pew. The set-up seemed to go well until it asked for my existing Outlook information. When I turn the laptop on it seems to start up just fine. It has my email address and says "sign in" underneath. When I click "sign in" it brings me to the screen that says Microsoft Account and prompts me to enter my password. When I do that it says "Just a moment," spins, tells me to create a pin, says "just a moment" again and keeps spinning. I've tried several time and sometimes I won't even make it to the pin part, it j

Laptop with broken screen How much?

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd

Laptop screen blank, password not working

I have a Gateway laptop that I’ve had for a year. Haven’t had any problems until yesterday.

Was playing The Sims 4 when suddenly the screen went blank. Mostly black, with lighter gray at the corners. I tried restarting, the gateway logo comes up, windows logo and circling white dots, then it goes to the same blank screen. I tried this several times. The indicator lights for caps and num lock still respond. I tried looking it up, but the command key recommended (windows key +crtl + alt + shift B) did nothing. I left for a while and when I tried again, it booted up like normal. Thought it was fixed.

Used it this morning, left for a while, and the blank screen was back.

Occasionally today, a blue screen comes up saying that windows didn’t start up correctly and gives me options: continue (exit and continue to windows ten. This leads back to the blank screen) , troubleshoot: reset or see advanced options.

this is where the password problem comes in. To choose any of these options, I need to enter my password. It will not accept my password, saying it is incorrect. I went as far as changing my Microsoft account password, and it still won’t accept it. I have no idea what’s going on, I really can’t afford to take it into a repair shop, and I’m at the end of my rope. I really need help, and thank you for your time.
