The subsequent 8 BSODs have the exact same errors/critical errors except the bugcheck and report number in Error #3 is different. Please let me know if I need to include those as well

    Minidump: https://1drv.ms/u/s!AlMhzMkYiauSoSJzbkBfq0G0RoTi?e=XPWJWc

*Note: the date on the minidump is off because I manually changed it on my machine; the minidump is actually from today.

I've tried searching up this issue first but found conflicting answers; some say it's a graphics card issue, others say a "Fresh start" reset is needed. Please advice me on what I should do.

    Thanks so much!

    :)

Keep getting a blue screen with different error messages on my laptop

Blue Screens of Death are in general caused by driver issues, these applications that proport to keep your drivers up-to-date are not a great solution . . .

The nest time you get a Blue Screen, please follow these steps:

    • Let the counter reach 100%
    • Restart your laptop
    • Open Windows File Explorer and navigate to C:\Windows\Mini Dumps
    • Zip up the contents of that folder
    • Upload the Zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox . . . etc.)
    • Provide a link here to that zip file and we can have a look, in order to help you diagnose the root problem behind your BSOD's

  3. Blue Screen...Errors

I have a brand new laptop...Each time I try to go online I keep getting a blue screen that pops up while I'm in the middle of something. Each time this happens I will get the following....Kernel Security Check Failure.

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and the list goes on.

Can you help with this please?

Blue Screen Error on brand new computer

    Hello Jessica,

A stop error (also called a "blue screen" error) can occur if a problem causes your PC to shut down or restart unexpectedly.
It could also appear while upgrading to a new version of the OS or after updating your computer.

To resolve this error, we highly suggest performing the troubleshooting steps in this article:

    Troubleshoot blue screen errors
    .

We also recommend getting in touch with your device manufacturer for assistance regarding this concern especially if your device is still under warranty.

Feel free to update us with the results.
