Windows 10: Brand new Laptop stuck upon first run, cannot complete configuration past the "Microsoft...

Hi, I have purchased a brand new laptop, it's a Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 3 11.I have turned it on and completed every step of the first configuration wifi, email login, location services, etc., however when I get to the point described as "Microsot 365 comes with your device" I am being asked whether I want to agree to Microsoft providing me with the full access to this software or "NOT NOW". Whether I click on "Confirm" or "Not now" the process is unable to proceed and I can see an empty blue page. The only thing I am allowed to do is click on the back arrow and go back to the MS 365 screen. I h

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Cannot pair brand new Microsoft Bluetooth mouse 3600 with brand new Lenovo X1 Windows 10 Pro

I cannot pair a brand new Microsoft Bluetooth mouse 3600 with a brand new Lenovo X1 laptop running Windows 10 Pro. Lenovo Bluetooth driver is up to date. Laptop Bluetooth manager rarely sees the mouse but still cannot pair showing the message to check if
the mouse is still discoverable. Any suggestions?
